Offering all of the accommodations of a Manhattan-based studio with a more personalized touch, 18 Label Street is a creative destination that places emphasis on intimacy and a level of service that only a boutique studio can provide.
Designed to cater to photographers, agencies, producers, filmmakers, and brands alike, 18 Label Street offers three daylight rental photography studios. Studio A features a customizable prep kitchen. Studio B features a 47’ x 23’ seamless corner cyclorama wall, makeup vanity, and lounge area. Studio C is the largest studio and features a green screen, access to a private patio and private loading dock. Other amenities include on site catering, prep kitchen, shower, and access to The Clubhouse, a two story loft offering a full kitchen, bar, game room, flat screen TVs, plush leather couches, and a working fire place.
18 Label Street supports some of the most innovative brands and creative talent by providing a transformative raw space to enhance the vision. Founded by makeup mogul Bobbi Brown and attorney and real estate developer Steven Plofker, emphasis was placed on simplicity of design, function and convenience.
